Winter time

Embrace the change in season and welcome the dark nights with ‘yoga by candlelight’ classes. Bring your own blanket for a warm meditation at the end of the class.

Guided Meditation

All yoga classes are 1 hour long.Yoga Nidra sessions are 30 mintues.

We are now offering Yoga-fit classes

The class concentrates on the core strength and posture. A mix of pilates movements and yoga poses with relaxation thrown in. It's designed for all abilities. The aim is to be body confident. I'm teaching strong not skinny and progression not perfection

  • I’ve never tried yoga before, have you got a class suitable for me?

    Yes! We have classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays that are suitable for beginners.

  • I am feeling achy recently,  will yoga help?

    Yes! Yoga is perfect for stretching achy limbs and will really help! You will notice the difference in no time.

  • I have a busy lifestyle, I don’t know if I can fit a class in?

    It is very important that you make time for yourself. This will reduce stress levels and prevent you from burning out! 1 hour per week, yes you can!

  • I have some health concerns?

    Get in contact with us, yoga can benefit so many health problems. I can adjust positions to suit you.

  • I am worried about being in a big class?

    I have small group classes or book a private class with a friend, until you build the confidence to join a class.

  • What if I can't get into a pose?

    You won’t be alone! My yoga classes are about progression not perfection. With time and practice you will noticed how much more flexible you’ve become. Bear in mind everyone is different and our bodies are different.

  • Will yoga lower my stress levels?

    Yes! Participating in a regular yoga class with will lower your stress levels. Yoga calms the mind and body, also it can help with sleeping at night.

  • When will I feel the benefit of attending yoga classes.

    Instantly! Most people who attend yoga classes feel the benefit straight away. You will leave the class feeling calm and relaxed, plus your body will too!
